Goal: Ability to share an image with a user that is not authenticated for them to view image Goal: Make an image public so it can be shared Goal: Anonymize an image before sharing.

Outline Use either Endpoint or a "Tag" in ImagingStudy resource to indicate that an image is public. Query for ImagingStudy resources that meet criteria Display results in a "public" worklist that an Application Credential for Auth Use Medplum Navigation with unauthenticated worklist as default Render image with ImageViewer that has no annotation abilities. (single generic users)
